Fifth Annual Vets for Vets
The Fifth Annual Vets for Vets fundraiser is just as the name suggests. This is a great way for veterans to come together and raise money for the Killeen/Fort Hood Airport USO. Funds from this event will also help construct a Vietnam Veteran Monument at the Central Texas State Veteran’s Cemetery.
There’s a $10 entry fee that includes a barbecue lunch and five raffle tickets. Attendees at the Pit Stop Bar & Grill will enjoy live music, comedy from Bobby Henline, a prize wheel, raffles, and an auction.

Third Annual Run for Liberty
The Run for Liberty event is a fundraiser that benefits the Liberty House Veteran’s Homeless Shelter. There’s no cover charge to attend the event, but participants are asked to bring a donation of new men’s clothing, toiletries, packaged food, or cash. The Run for Liberty event will include a silent auction, raffles, and spin poker. Food and vendors will be available. For a $20 entry fee, you can put your bike in the motorcycle show in one of five categories: Sportster, Dyna, Softail, Touring, or Custom.

Baddest Bagger in Dallas
Baddest Bagger is the original competition for custom builders to share their creations. Events feature four classes: Stock, Modified, Radical, and Open or Pro. Participants vote to determine the winners in each class as well as the ultimate Baddest Bagger. This touring competition hits Dallas in September, but if you want a second shot at glory, keep in mind that it will be back in the Lone Star State in November for a competition in Galveston.

Corpus Christi Bikefest
The Corpus Christi Bikefest offers three days of biking excitement. You’ll find vendors, live music, tattoo artists, celebrities, and a Harley-Davidson giveaway. Whether you’re looking for leather goods, new ink, or a photo opp with biker babes, you’ll get what you’re after at this event. Bikefest also includes the South Texas Iron Ass run. This spans four cities in 12 hours. Entry for the ride is just $10.

DFW Ride for Kids
The DFW Ride for Kids benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. In addition to the ride, you can enjoy food, entertainment, and the chance to win products ranging from shirts and jackets to a motorcycle. Kickstands are up at 10:00 a.m., so show up on time.
